It's something I can do when I'm capable of, concerns writing (including reviewing and correcting other people's work), and pays around double the hourly minimum wage in my country. I can usually work 2 hours a day, sometimes 3 or 4 hours, 5 or 6 days a week. There are also days when I'm in such pain that I can't do a thing.
